Celebrating MilSpouses and Community

Military spouses are the lifeblood of the military family. You wear many hats whether you’re home managing the household, pursuing your own career, or also serve in the military.

For MilSpouse Appreciation 2022, we strive to praise and build this unique community. Strength comes through sharing personal experiences and lessons learned. Let’s face it, when you get PCS orders, don’t you try to find someone you know who has been stationed there to get information on things like child care, housing, and cost of living expectations? If you don’t know someone specifically, you have a network of spouses typically — such as those within a unit — to help welcome and guide you in the right direction.

At MilSpouse Money Mission, we aim to empower military spouses with the know-how to help their families feel safe and secure financially. With so many hats to wear, you may not always think about making smart money moves in your busy day-to-day life.

As we celebrate community this year, check out our MilCommunity. Search by topic or scroll to find short, real-world money management tips from other military spouses just like you.

Our team of financial experts review and respond to each tip with additional information and resources.
